At Regina Kitab Ghar, we want you to be completely satisfied with the Punjabi books you purchase. Because we deal in physical books, our policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Refunds / Returns

  • You may return unused books in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
  • The book must be in resaleable condition (no markings, creases, or damage).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the book is defective or we sent the wrong title.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Books that have been opened and read
  • Customized or special-order books
  • Digital downloads or e-books (if offered in future)

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@reginakitabghar.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship the book back to the address we provide (customer pays return shipping unless defective).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the book, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Wrong Item If you received a damaged or incorrect book, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
